Saint-Gobain h-old P.34 is a technical single-sided adhesive tape with a 23 µm PET polyester film backing and acrylic adhesive. This black master roll measures 1280 mm × 66 m and can be made into rolls of dedicated width.
Construction and performance
The declared total thickness is 0.06 mm. The thin, conformable substrate offers chemical resistance, good initial adhesion and a typical puncture voltage of 4.5 kV. The product is UL recognized in the E178430 electrical insulation system and belongs to thermal class B (130 °C).
Electrical applications
P.34 is suitable for coil winding, insulation between layers, anchoring and wrapping in motors, transformers, capacitors and other compatible electromechanical components. The black version can also be useful as an external finish and for identification.
Joining and industrial processing
The resistance of PET and acrylic adhesive also allows paper and film splicing, fixing and retention in industrial processes. The roll can be cut or die-cut to the required width, shape and quantity.
Preparation and testing
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil or dust. Before use, voltage, temperature, compatibility with paints and resins, bending radius and actual conditions of the production cycle must be checked.

The master format is a transformable reel of 1280 mm × 66 m. Finished width, tolerances and packaging are confirmed before processing.
