Informative English translation. The professional clauses reproduce the company’s Italian text; the Italian version prevails over informative translations. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable law take precedence as explained in the opening section.
Consumer purchases: rights that take precedence over professional terms
The following clauses on professional supplies and processing services govern relationships with businesses or professionals. If you purchase for purposes outside your professional activity, mandatory consumer law applies: professional clauses cannot reduce your rights concerning delivery, risk, guarantees or liability. The seller is Dipiemme Srl, at the contacts and addresses listed in the privacy notice; sales support: web@dpmtapes.it, +39 081 5707893.
Before confirming a purchase, check the products, quantities, specifications, total price, taxes, delivery charges and payment method shown in the summary. A quotation request is not an order confirmation. Payment and order statuses are shown at checkout and in the related communications. Purchases completed directly on Amazon are subject to the seller and terms identified on Amazon.
For distance sales subject to the right of withdrawal, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw, without giving a reason, within 14 days after you or a third party designated by you other than the carrier receives the goods. For separate deliveries under one order, the period starts with the last item where the law provides. Send an explicit statement to info@dpmtapes.it, certified email dpmtapes@registerpec.it or the controller's address, identifying your name, order, affected goods and receipt date. Sending it within the deadline is sufficient; prior authorisation is not required.
After notifying us, return the goods without delay and in any event within 14 days, unless collection has been agreed. For logistical instructions, contact web@dpmtapes.it; the operating address is Zona ASI Aversa Nord, Consorzio Sinè, 81032 Carinaro (CE), Italy. There are no withdrawal penalties: any direct return costs payable by you must have been disclosed before purchase; otherwise they are not charged. You are liable only for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning, within the limits of the law.
The refund includes the price and standard delivery charges, excluding additional costs for a more expensive delivery method you chose. It is made within 14 days of withdrawal notification using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed without charge. For goods, we may wait until we receive them or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier, unless collection was offered.
Withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised where the legal conditions actually apply and are disclosed before purchase. Standard sizes or variants in the catalogue do not automatically exclude withdrawal. Rights relating to a lack of conformity remain unaffected.
Goods purchased as a consumer are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: the seller is liable for defects existing at delivery that become apparent within two years, without prejudice to further legal protection. You may request repair or replacement free of charge and, where provided by law, a price reduction or termination. Complaint deadlines and exclusions in the following professional clauses do not restrict this guarantee. Contact Dipiemme Srl with purchase references and a description of the problem.
Delivery takes place within the agreed period or, if none is agreed, within the statutory 30-day period from conclusion of the contract. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes on physical delivery, subject to the specific statutory exception for a carrier independently selected by the consumer. Statutory remedies for non-delivery and mandatory jurisdiction protecting the consumer remain applicable where provided by law.
Sale of products
1V Scope
These terms govern the supply of products by Dipiemme Srl. Matters not expressly covered here are governed by law and by the offer issued by Dipiemme Srl, received by the Buyer and through which the contract was concluded.
2V Delivery
2V.1 The Seller undertakes, as far as reasonably possible, to meet delivery dates, which are considered indicative. If the Seller does not meet a delivery date, the Buyer may not terminate the contract unless the delay constitutes a serious breach and exceeds three months. The Seller shall not be liable for losses and costs directly or indirectly connected with the delay.
2V.2 Delivery is deemed completed at the place where the Seller hands the goods to the first carrier.
2V.3 The Buyer undertakes to accept delivery when the Seller communicates that it is ready to deliver. If, after that date, the Buyer asks the Seller to retain the products, the products will be stored at the Buyer's cost and risk. The Buyer must pay the full price and reimburse storage costs considered reasonable by the Seller. In this case, no claim may be raised concerning defects in the sold product attributable to the deferred delivery.
2V.4 The Seller reserves the right to perform the contract through partial deliveries.
2V.5 Claims concerning the condition of the products when delivered to the Buyer must be recorded in writing by the Buyer on the transport documents.
3V Warranty, claims and disputes
3V.1 The Seller warrants the good quality and conformity of the products sold with: the standards stated in the manufacturer's technical data sheets; the technical specifications expressly agreed when the order was placed; and the samples expressly approved by the Buyer before supply.
3V.2 Upon receiving the processed products, and also for its own protection, the Buyer must check that they are not damaged and report any damage by: recording reservations on the transport documents for discrepancies or problems found on the packages; checking that boxed material is not damaged; and notifying Dipiemme Srl of any discrepancies, defects or damage to the products within the following two working days.
3V.3 In all cases, the Buyer must verify that the purchased material complies with the required commercial and technical specifications. If differences, anomalies, defects or faults are found in the products sold, the Buyer must report them by registered letter within eight days of receiving the goods.
3V.4 If the Buyer submits a valid claim in accordance with the methods required by law and these clauses, Dipiemme Srl must replace or repair the products free of charge or, at the Buyer's discretion, refund their price. Dipiemme Srl shall in all cases have no liability for other or additional loss, whether direct or indirect.
3V.5 Die-cut parts supplied on rolls may include missing or defective individual pieces while still meeting the stated compliant overall quantities. Any claim must first certify the actual shortage against the declared quantity and must therefore be verifiable by Dipiemme Srl.

3A.4 If Dipiemme Srl receives no written communication from the Customer as stated in clauses 3A.2 and 3A.3, the processed products shall be deemed accepted by the Customer, which shall lose its warranty rights for any evident loss, damage, defects and lack of quality.
3A.5 If the Customer submits a valid claim in accordance with the law and clauses 3A.2 and 3A.3, Dipiemme Srl must reprocess the same products, or other products supplied by the Customer, free of charge or, at the Customer's discretion, refund the processing fee.
