Description and applications
tesa® 62936 is a double-sided foam tape PE for structural applications. It consists of a foam support of PE High conformability closed cells and an acrylic adhesive. The foam tape is characterized by a good adhesion on strongly structured surfaces, a high rack and a short time of stay until reaching the final adhesion. tesa® 62936 is able to withstand moisture, chemical agents, plasticisers and UV rays.
tesa® 62936 is a highly versatile adhesive that ensures excellent immediate adhesion on various substrates, even at low adhesion pressures. The double adhesive foam tape is water resistant, aging and UV rays and therefore perfectly suited for outdoor use. The acrylic foam ensures excellent resistance to thermal changes, is able to level different thermal expansions and has an excellent adhesion. Thanks to the conformability of the foam, tesa ® 62936 offers a strong hold even on irregular or rough substrates.
