Double-sided adhesive in non-woven fabric for industrial processing
3M 90080 combines a flexible non-woven backing with high initial tack acrylic adhesive. The support improves stability and handling during cutting, laminating and die-cutting and allows removal during rework with less risk of residue than less resistant constructions.
Typical applications
- Low or high speed splicing on paper, cardboard and plastic films.
- Lamination of polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC and other compatible materials.
- die-cut parts, laminates and generic assembly where high grip and flexibility are needed.
- Processes which may involve subsequent heat treatments, subject to verification.
Application verification: Check surface energy, temperature, splice voltage and process conditions. The master roll format is convertible into widths, sheets or shapes on request.
