3M 363 high-temperature glass cloth/aluminium foil tape is strong and flexible, designed for heat shielding in aerospace, automotive and industrial applications. It combines a foil and glass cloth backing with a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive.

3M 363 high-temperature glass cloth/aluminium foil tape is strong and flexible, with high tensile, tear and puncture resistance. Its pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive bonds well to silicone surfaces and uneven or irregular substrates. It reflects heat and light and resists flames, moisture, water and UV degradation. This chemically resistant, thermally conductive tape maintains consistent performance at extreme temperatures from -54 °C to 316 °C. It meets F.A.R. 25.853(a) requirements. A version with a liner is available for die-cutting applications. Recommended uses include heat-reflective wrapping for insulated cables, instruments and other heat-sensitive materials; industrial applications exposed to movement and vibration; wire harness wrapping; and aerospace, automotive and industrial applications requiring high-temperature performance.
