tesa 92108 HiP is an intense black double adhesive tape for fixing internal plastic components. This single layer product ensures high performance on LSE plastics immediately after application, without any surface pretreatment. The high-performance LSE adhesive it is equipped with creates an exceptional and safe bond with the typical fixing parts of the vehicles made of LSE (as PP and PP/EPDM) and MSE (such as ABS, PA or PC). tesa 92108 HiP demonstrates low VOC properties that meet the requirements of automotive interiors, as well as ensure a reliable link in the temperature range between -30°C e 100°C, required for indoor applications.

The tensile and cutting strength also on challenging LSE surfaces that it is equipped with is exceptional and ensures a safe bond under varying temperature conditions.

tesa 92108 HiP is suitable for air and humidity permeability sealing requirements.

tesa 92108 HiP is also available in the thicknesses of 0,5 mm and 1,1 mm.
