tesa 92105 HiP is an intense black foam double adhesive tape for fixing plastic inner parts. This single layer product offers high performance on LSE plastics immediately after application, without any surface pretreatment. Its high-performance LSE adhesive creates an exceptional and safe bond with the typical fixing parts for motor vehicles made of LSE (as PP and PP/EPDM) and MSE (such as ABS, PA or PC). tesa 92105 HiP demonstrates low VOC properties to meet the requirements of automotive interiors, as well as ensuring a reliable link in the temperature range between -30°C e 100°C, required for internal applications.

tesa 92105 HiP optimally absorbs and compensates dynamic and static stresses. Its tensile and cutting strength, even on challenging LSE surfaces, is exceptional and ensures a safe bond under varying temperature conditions. tesa 92105 HiP meets the sealing requirements in terms of air permeability and humidity.

tesa 92105 HiP is also available in the thicknesses from 0,8 mm and 1,1 mm.
