tesa 62906 600 µm double-sided PE foam tape, 50 m × 1240 mm, black

tesa 62906 is a double adhesive tape composed of a foam support PE black conformable and an acrylic adhesive modified. Thanks to the thickness of 0,6 mm, is suitable for fixing small decorations and identification plates, especially those with watermark design.

The black color allows you to get an almost invisible bonding line. Thanks to its high conformability, the belt guarantees a good wet-out and a safe bonding even on uneven surfaces and compensates for design tolerances.

The modified acrylic adhesive is characterized by high initial and final adhesion performance on MSE plastics such as ABS, chromed ABS, PC and PMMA, as well as transparent MSE coatings, together with excellent resistance to high temperatures. The extraordinary performance in case of cold shock results from the damping properties of the foam support PE whether or not at temperatures below -40°C. Support in PE foam also guarantees to realize non sticky edges and consequently it is equipped with excellent transformation properties, for example for die cutting.

In addition, the tape combines a very high cohesive force with a relatively low density, features that allow you to obtain a low weight design.
