tesa 62852 500 µm double-sided PE foam tape, black

tesa 62852 is a double adhesive tape composed of a foam support PE black conformable and a pure acrylic adhesive. Thanks to the thickness of 0,5 mm is suitable for fixing small decorations and identification plates, especially those with watermark designs.

The pure acrylic adhesive is characterized by excellent initial and final adhesion performance on MSE plastic such as ABS, chromed ABS, PC and PMMA, as well as on transparent MSE coatings and guarantees excellent resistance to extreme temperatures. The extraordinary performance in case of thermal shock results from the mitigation properties of the support in PE expanded even at temperatures below -40 °C. Support in PE foam also guarantees to realize non sticky edges with consequent excellent converting properties, for example for die cutting.

In addition, the tape combines a very high cohesive force with a relatively low density, for a low weight design.

Also available in sizes from 0,8 mm, 0,9 mm and 1,2 mm.
