tesseprint 52307 70 µm double-sided film tape, transparent
tesa 52307 is specially designed for mounting very thin photopolymer plates (e.g. 0,76 mm / 0,03” or 1,14 mm / 0,045") on compression sleeves in flexographic printing.
Resistance to tape solvents ensures easy and efficient processes.
Product characteristics
- While the adhesive on the side of the sleeve guarantees a secure attachment to the sleeve, the adhesive on the side of the plate is specially designed for fixing to very thin photopolymer plates.
- The adhesion is strong enough to fix the plate and ensure a stable printing process, while allowing easy removal of the plate without damaging it.
- The specially developed liner offers an ideal solution for belt handling even during application on very wide sleeves.
- It is a double-sided tape with very differentiated adhesion levels on its two faces.
- All our products for mounting on compression sleeves are equipped with very thin film supports, which do not interfere with the compression characteristics of the sleeve.
