tesa 52018 — double-sided tape

tesa Softprint 52018 STM is a double foam-coated tape, expressly indicated for fixing photopolymers with a thickness of 1,14 mm (0.045”) or 1,7 mm (0.067”) in the printing of flexographic labels.

The x-soft foam makes this product the ideal solution in screen printing.

Foam Properties

Extremely compressible foam, with better recovery behavior for high quality prints

Long-lasting recovery features for a more durable and fast printing process

Suitable for low thicknesses for the preparation of fast prints and reduce waste

Adhesive properties

High fixing of the open part of the steel cylinder or sleeve to prevent the cliché from moving

Non-increasing fixing power for simple repositioning and especially for unmounting sleeve and tape

Very cohesive adhesive structure for disassembly without leaving adhesive residues

Additional Properties

The liner in PP structured prevents the formation of air bubbles during the assembly of clichés

The yellow mark indicates the hard foam
