tesa 50777 is a masking tape in PVC flexible and highly temperature resistant with acrylic adhesive used in a wide range of design and two-tone masking applications in the automotive industry.
The soft and flexible support in PVC allows precise masking of narrow curves, such as the rear door area. In addition, tesa 50777 is equipped with a detaching substrate, which ensures the easy and smooth running of the tape.
Acrylic adhesive can be an alternative for paint systems where traditional natural rubber ribbons leave traces or yellowing. The temperature resistance of 160°C allows to apply the tesa 50777 with most of the temperatures of the paint kilns.
