tesa ACXplus 7820 Black Line is an intense black acrylic foam double adhesive tape for fixing applications in the automotive industry. It is equipped with high adhesive power on transparent MSE coatings and plastics such as ABS and chrome ABS and ensures excellent performance on PC and PMMA. The extraordinary resistance to cold shock that it is characterized depends on the modified acrylic foam core, which ensures a reliable bond even at extremely low temperatures.

Thanks to the visco-elastic features it is equipped with, tesa ACXplus 7820 Black Line absorbs and dissipates dynamic and static loads optimally. This exceptional capacity allows tesa ACXplus 7820 black Line to compensate for extreme physical stresses caused by different thermal stretching of the glued parts under varying temperature conditions.

Also available in formats 0,5 mm, 0,8 mm, 1,1 mm, 1,2 mm and 1,5 mm.
