tesa 7808 — double-sided tape

tesa ACXplus 7808 Black Line is an intense black double adhesive tape made of acrylic foam for fixing applications in the automotive industry. It is equipped with high adhesive power on transparent MSE coatings and plastics such as ABS and chrome ABS, and ensures excellent performance on PC and PMMA. The extraordinary resistance to cold shock it is equipped with is based on the modified acrylic foam core, which ensures a reliable bond even at extremely low temperatures.

Being viscoelastic, tesa ACXplus 7808 Black Line absorbs and dissipates dynamic and static loads optimally. This exceptional capacity, which it is equipped with, allows tesa ACXplus 7808 black Line to compensate for extreme physical stresses caused by different thermal stretching of the glued parts under varying temperature conditions.

Also available in sizes from 0,5 mm, 1,1 mm, 1,2 mm, 1,5 mm and 2 mm.
