tesa 4950 100 µm LSE double-sided PET tape, transparent
tesa 4950 is a double-sided tape in film PET high-performance transparent, designed to ensure reliable fixing on low-energy substrates (LSE). With a total thickness of 100 μm and a support in PET from 12 μm, made from 90% of recycled material after consumption, this tape combines sustainability with technical excellence. The modified acrylic adhesive ensures a strong initial intrinsic adhesiveity and greater cutting resistance, even under harsh environmental conditions.
Product characteristics
- Optimized LSE accession: Reliablely fixed to PP, PE and EPDM, without needing primer.
- High cutting resistance: Resists stress and heat, ensuring long life.
- Size stability: Thanks to the support in PET the handling is clean and the die cuttings are accurate.
- Thermal resistance: Resistant to short-term exposures up to 200 °C.
- Low VOC content: Tested according to VDA standard 278 for cleaner air in the indoor environments.
