Thermal transfer polyester label materials 3M 7874EC, Matt white, configurable

The material for thermal transfer polyester labels 3M 7874EC has a front by 50 micron, white polyester with transparent layer receptive to opaque printing and is designed for thermal transfer printing. The surface coating TT3 offers excellent image duration in difficult environments. This product uses adhesive 3M 350E, designed to ensure excellent adhesion to high and low surface energy plastics, metals, painted metals and powder coating.

Product characteristics

• 350E is the most universal label sticker of 3M and offers excellent adhesion, even on low-energy substrates, as well as excellent resistance to temperature and chemical agents.
• Sticker from 46 µm
• The 50 μm white mad polyester front offers long-lasting resistance in harsh environments.
• The surface coating TT3 offers image resistance in numerous applications, without the need for protective laminate applications.
• The surface coating TT3 offers high abrasion resistance in combination with excellent image resistance when thermal transfer printed when exposed to aggressive chemicals, such as brake fluid.
• Liner white glassine thickened bi-sided from 56 µm, 62 g/m² for a uniform die cutting. Double-sided liner improves ease of delivery.
