The aluminum tape 3M 425 is designed for numerous applications in a wide range of sectors for use in harsh environments, both indoor and outdoor. It is ideal for heat shielding, heat reflection, chemical masking, light improvement, chemical milling, jointing, sealing and painting.

- Improves heating and cooling efficiency to protect temperature sensitive materials
- Resistant to exposure to flames, atmospheric agents, humidity and UV rays for strong, durable and reliable bonding
- Resistant to chemicals to protect surfaces during painting processes and other chemical masking operations
- Clean removal after difficult masking applications
