We formulated the instant adhesive for plastic and rubber 3M Scotch-Weld PR1500 as a highly resistant industrial adhesive with high viscosity. This fast-set cyano-acrylic polymerizes at room temperature and is formulated to offer exceptional performance on many hard-to-fix substrates such as EPDM rubber, PVC highly plasticized, ABS and nylon.
