3M 436 — single adhesive tape
The vibrating tape 3M 436 is a binding layer in silver-coloured soft aluminium foil coated with a pressure sensitive viscoelastic polymer on a blue, fast-release polyethylene coating. This tape absorbs and dissipates vibrations and reduces noise. It is useful for a variety of applications in aerospace, automotive, construction, household appliances and MRO.
