3M 855 — single adhesive tape
Nylon tape for high temperatures 3M 855 is designed for applications at high temperatures. The tape has a thickness of 3,2 Mil and has a non-siliconic rubber adhesive on a sturdy nylon support that easily applies, removes it cleanly and resists short cooking cycles at a temperature of 204 °C/400 °F without leaving any residue. This allows faster anchoring during subsequent painting and gluing phases compared to silicone based adhesives.
