tesa 52223 Softprint x-Soft is a 0.50 mm extra-soft shock-absorbing double-sided adhesive with closed-cell PE foam, developed for mounting flexographic clichés.
The 460 mm × 10 m master roll can be transformed into the required format, subject to prior approval technical and production verification.
Typical applications
- Mounting photopolymer plates on cylinders or sleeves to reduce bounce, limit dot gain and improve the performance of fine screens at high printing speeds
Technical verification: supports, surface cleanliness, application pressure, environmental conditions and loads must be confirmed on actual use before supply.
