DPM Tapes PTFE Glass is a brown technical adhesive tape with PTFE-coated fiberglass backing and silicone adhesive. The low-friction surface is suitable for process areas where it is necessary to limit the adhesion of the processed materials.
Main uses
It can be used on sealing bars and plates, heat sealers, vacuum or pulse packaging machines, rollers and other hot surfaces that require a non-stick coating.
Preparation and application
The surface must be clean, dry and free of residues. The adhesive tape must be laid without creases or bubbles, first checking the actual temperature, the pressure exerted and the compatibility with the production cycle.
Format and transformation
The 1000 mm × 10 m reel can be cut into dedicated widths. Format, quantity and tolerances are checked before processing is confirmed.
