Description and applications
Flexible manual applicator for films
The 3M PA-1-B blue spatula is a reusable squeegee-type applicator. Compared to the gold PA-1-G version it has a softer and more flexible edge, useful for accompanying the film on light textures, profiles, curvatures and FRP supports.
Professional use
- Manual application of graphic films, films and premasking.
- Pressure controlled from the center towards the edges to facilitate contact and expulsion of air.
- Suitable for installation processes where greater conformability is needed compared to a rigid spatula.
- Compatible with a low-friction sheath when greater protection is needed for the film surface.
Operational note: The pressure, angle and edge protection must be adapted to the film. On delicate or printed surfaces, always check that the spatula does not leave marks.
